Weller Full Proof "The Snug" Single Barrel Select Bourbon

We are thrilled to be able to offer for sale this exclusive barrel of Weller Full Proof selected by our friends at The Snug. Bottled without chill filtration at 114 proof (the proof at which the whiskey originally entered the barrel), this Weller pick is a beauty. The nose offers scents of caramel, toffee, semolina custard, peach syrup, and a touch of earthy pepper. The palate lighter than its 114 proof and features beautiful flavors of cinnamon toast on wheat bread, orchard fruit, cherry, and pink peppercorn. The lengthy finish leaves behind notes of maple syrup, homemade whipped cream, nutella crepes, and some earthy oak.

Crafted from Buffalo Trace’s celebrated wheated bourbon mash bill, Weller Full Proof is an authentic and unadulterated expression. Because it bypasses chill filtration, every drop retains the rich, heavy oils and complex congeners that contribute to its exceptional weight and mouthfeel. Whether you are looking for elite single-barrel selections or just enjoy a decadent, dessert-forward pour, this hand-picked release delivers from the very first sip.
