VMGR-452/2nd Raider Memorial Patch & Sticker Patch

VMGR-452/2nd Raider Memorial Patch & Sticker Patch — VMGR-452 Yanky 72 Memorial Embroidered Patch

Yanky 72 — we carry their memory forward.

This memorial patch honors the sacred bond between Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452 (VMGR-452), the "Yankees," and the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion. The "Yanky 72" tribute memorializes Marines lost in the line of duty, connecting the transport aviation and special operations communities through shared sacrifice. Memorial patches are the most meaningful items in military collections — created not as decoration but as a permanent, wearable tribute to brothers and sisters who made the ultimate sacrifice.

VMGR-452 flies the KC-130 Hercules, providing the aerial refueling and transport support that enables Marine forces — including special operations units like the 2nd Raider Battalion — to reach and sustain operations in the world's most remote and dangerous environments. The connection between air transport crews and the operators they carry is profound, and this memorial patch ensures that the sacrifices of both communities are remembered together. Every Marine who wears or displays this patch carries forward the memory of those who gave everything.

Perfect For: VMGR-452 Yankees veterans, 2nd Marine Raider Battalion Marines, MARSOC community members, KC-130 crew members, memorial tribute supporters, and anyone who believes in honoring the fallen by keeping their memory alive.

Yanky 72 — always remembered, never forgotten.
