USMC Security Forces Bangor, WA Patch

USMC Security Forces Bangor, WA Patch — Marine Corps Security Force Battalion Bangor Embroidered Patch

Bangor Marines on watch — defending the submarine fleet.

Marine Corps Security Force Battalion Bangor (MCSFBN) provides dedicated security for Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, Washington, where the United States Navy homeports a critical fleet of Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines. These Marines are entrusted with one of the most sensitive security assignments in the entire Department of Defense — protecting the strategic nuclear assets that form the backbone of America's sea-based nuclear deterrent.

MCSFBN Marines train continuously in close-quarters battle, tactical response operations, nuclear weapons security protocols, and anti-terrorism measures. They operate sophisticated security systems and maintain armed response teams ready to counter any threat to the submarines, weapons storage areas, and support facilities under their protection. This variant of the MCSFBN patch represents the pride and dedication of Marines who serve in the quiet but critically important world of strategic asset security, where there is no room for error and no margin for complacency. Every watch they stand helps ensure the credibility of America's nuclear deterrent.

Perfect For: MCSFBN veterans and active-duty Marines, Marine security force personnel, nuclear weapons security professionals, Bangor-stationed service members, and military patch collectors who honor the Marines guarding the nation's most vital strategic assets.

Always vigilant — MCSFBN stands the nuclear watch.
