Officially Licensed Marine Air Control Group MACG-38 Patch

Officially Licensed Marine Air Control Group MACG-38 Patch — Marine Air Control Group 38 Embroidered Patch

Controlling the skies — MACG-38 directs the air battle.

Marine Air Control Group 38 (MACG-38) is a United States Marine Corps aviation command and control organization responsible for providing the tactical air command and control systems that enable Marine aviation to operate effectively in support of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force. MACG-38's subordinate units operate radar systems, air traffic control facilities, communications networks, and tactical data links that connect Marine aircraft with ground commanders, creating the integrated battlespace picture that allows the MAGTF to synchronize air and ground operations.

MACG-38's Marines are the unsung heroes of Marine aviation, operating the Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD) battalions, Marine Air Control Squadrons (MACS), Marine Air Traffic Control detachments, and Tactical Air Operations Centers that form the nervous system of Marine Corps air operations. Without MACG-38's command and control infrastructure, Marine pilots would have no radar coverage, no air traffic deconfliction, and no integrated link to ground force commanders. The group's Marines ensure that every sortie is tracked, every threat is identified, and every air mission is coordinated with the precision that modern combat demands.

Perfect For: MACG-38 veterans and active-duty Marines, air traffic controllers, LAAD battalion Marines, MACS operators, Marine aviation command and control professionals, and military patch collectors who respect the Marines who direct the air battle.

Control the air, win the fight — MACG-38 owns the battlespace.
