The second release of Beam's Infinity-bottle inspired series from Booker's spinoff Little Book, The Infinite features a blend of three whiskies, each distilled by a different generation of the Noe family. The Infinite Edition Two uses Edition One's blend as a base and builds from that strong foundation. The result is a powerhouse whiskey featuring a blend of bourbons aged from 7-22 years and bottled without chill filtration at a cask strength of 120.4 proof. The nose offers scents of caramel apple, rich oak, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The palate presents flavors of dark fruit, molasses, and cinnamon alongside charred oak. The finish lingers with notes of black cherry, mixed nuts, and baking spices.
